Public Open House for Revised Application for Beach & Howe ~ On Thursday, February 21st at UBC Robson Square from 4pm to 7pm.
The developer is now asking for the city's permission to build to 52-stories tall. Their original application was to build to 49-stories tall. The new Granville Gateway plan was to allow to a MAXIMUM of 42-stories, and the original neighbourhood plan which was in place for years was only to allow about 18-stories on this site!!
